Although we take a good care of product but we cant guarantee 100% and so RenderThemes will not be liable for any buggy software, any loss of data, part of software in anyway.  We provide 30 days money back guarantee in certain conditions and that period, no refund will be entertained. It will be buyer responsibility to carefully check whether the products/listings, software match his/her requirements. In no case RenderThemes can be claimed for any loss of any kind.
  2. Product/listings support will be provided by seller itself. RenderThemes will not be responsible for any delay, negligence, or issue related to support for the product/listings.
  3. By using this site, it will be buyer responsibility to confirm everything before going buying any products/listings in seller’s website.

  3. Plan and prices are subject to change. We reserved the right to change, dismiss, or update the plan and its prices without any prior notice.
  4. Marketplace fee and commission rates are subject to change. We reserved the right to change the marketplace fee and commission rates at any given time without any prior notice.
  5. For any plan we calculate month as 30 day duration, e.g. if a plan is bought for 3 months, it will be 3x30= 90 days.
  6. You specifically agree that RenderThemes shall not be responsible for unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, any material or data sent or received or not sent or received through the Site.
  7.  It will be seller's responsibility to provide updates and latest software for his/her products/listings, RenderThemes in no case will be liable if a buyer makes refund request because software is not match his requirement.
  8. It will be seller's responsibility to provide support for his/her products/listings, RenderThemes in no case will be liable for providing support for seller’s products.
  9. RenderThemes can use information provided by the seller during registration or profile setup for any purpose in favor of RenderThemes site.
